Cool Sculptures from Car Hub Caps

Check out these cool car hub cap sculptures! Ptolemy Elrington is 43-year-old artist from England who use old hubcaps to make dogs, fishes, birds, dragon and other sculptures with knife and hacksaw. Artist said: “I like to work with reclaimed materials to show that what is one person’s junk is another man’s treasure”. He likes to use BMW and Mercedes caps because of their quality and flexibility. The dragon sculpture below sold for $5,000 and is over 30 feet long and contains over 200 hubcaps.
